Colts Game.

We went to the Colts game yesterday.
Home Opener.
Peyton not playing. Probably won't be back
this Season.
Not as fun without him, but we are still LOYAL
BLUE fans, through & through.
It's always fun to go to Lucas Oil.
We had a great day.

Spacing Problems

I don't know what happened to my last post.
All the spacing is CRAZY !!!!
I have edited & edited & can't figure out how to fix it.

Any ideas for me ???

Miss Mandrell, Miss Mandrell

Did you watch the Barbara Mandrell show back in the early 80's ?








It was one of my most favorite shows. I don't think I ever missed an episode.















If you did watch it, you might remember these guys. They are called the Krofft Puppets.
One of them would have a sit-down conversation with Barbara each week, but would
always start out with...."Miss Mandrell, Miss Mandrell!"

Whenever I think of Barbara, I remember that puppet calling her name. :-)









On our recent trip to TN to visit Blake, we took a tour of what is called the Fontanel Mansion.

It's the former home of Barbara Mandrell. It is fabulous. It is now a tourist stop, with a Farmhouse restaurant & gift shops. It also has an outdoor venue that hosts concerts.
The mansion is also rented out for weddings, parties, receptions, etc.

The pool. It was covered that day due to a wedding reception being held there that night. They were in the midst of setting up and decorating for it.

talking to the tour guide about his favorite subject.....G.O.L.F.!


I think he forgot why we were there !!

And, incidentally, our tour guide was the son of Boots Randolph!
